Nutritional Services in Tampa, FL

In anticipation of some of the questions you may have about nutritional services in Tampa, FL, I've provided the answers here. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need additional information.

Does Natural Choice Nutrition take insurance?

Natural Choice Nutrition does not participate in any insurance plans. However, a superbill will be provided which can be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

What payments are accepted?

All credit, debit, check, cash or Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) are accepted.

What are your fees?

The initial consultation takes an hour and a half to 2 hours, depending on the complexity. Follow-up appointments are 30 to 60 minutes long, depending on our goals and strategies. This will be discussed during your initial consult. Consultations can be done in-person, on the phone or via FaceTime or Skype. Fee for service is $150.00 per hour. If you have a few questions that you would like to ask, you can request a 15 minute phone consult for $37.50 or a 30 minute phone consult for $75.00. Please have your most important questions ready to be addressed.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please provide 48 hour notice if you are not able to keep your appointment. Appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a $75.00 fee.

What information do I need to provide before the initial meeting?

After we confirm your appointment, you will receive an email containing an extensive health history, a credit card authorization form, food log, and welcome letter.
